ELSA- An Elsa man is behind bars after a traffic stop turned into a drug bust.

Victor Rodriguez is charged with manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance.

Elsa police say when they pulled him over early Thursday morning, they found cocaine in his possession.

Rodriguez's is being held on a $75,000 bond.
