The National Weather Service has canceled the flood watch that was in effect for the entire Rio Grande Valley.

The flood watch was set to expire on Thursday morning.

While a few showers remain possible over the next few hours, the flooding rainfall has ended and the flood risk has moved out of the area, the NWS said on Tuesday night.
