Three-year-old Rilee Crouch, who went missing from South Padre Island back in July has been found, according to a family spokesperson.

A spokesperson for the Crouch family, Leslie Blasing, said Rilee and her mother, Lilian Maria Crouch, were found in Panama. U.S. Marshals escorted Rilee and Lilian to Harlingen.

South Padre Island Angelique Soto spokesperson said Lilian is in custody at the South Padre Island Police Department and is being held on a warrant of interference with child custody.

Liliana is accused of abducting Rilee from South Padre Island over the summer. Rilee's family held rallies asking the community to help find her.

Soto said at the direction of Child Protective Services, Rilee was released to her father, Dakota Crouch, after arriving in Harlingen.

Lilian is pending arraignment.
