Illegal border crossings have slowed to a trickle from the Matamoros migrant camp.

It’s a completely different change from what we've been seeing for months.

Those living in the migrant camp told Channel 5 News that they’ve been crossing into Brownsville to look for clothes, and they then make it straight back over to Matamoros. Many of them understand that under Title 8, they could be deported and banned from entering the United States for five years.
