Health Office Faces Issues with Phone Lines Following Major Flooding
WESLACO – A health office in Weslaco was forced to find a different way to communicate with patients after phone lines went down.
The phone service went out on Friday after storms caused major flooding.
Nurses were left to use their cell phones to contact the patients and to deliver and pick up paperwork by hand.
The owner called 5 On Your Side in hopes to fix the issue.
KRGV’s Sierra Pizarro found they weren’t the only ones having trouble with their phone lines.
