McAllen police issue 7 citations for underage drinking at Airbnb house party

The McAllen Police Department issued seven citations for alcohol violations after an Airbnb host reported a party with possible underage drinking at a rental property.
The host reported the underage drinking at around 12:03 a.m. on Friday, May 1, in the 400 block of Cedar Avenue.

Autopsy ordered for man found dead inside vehicle in Edinburg

An autopsy has been ordered for a man who was found dead inside a vehicle in Edinburg.
The victim was identified as a 41-year-old male and his death remains under investigation, according to a city of Edinburg spokesperson.
