WESLACO – A Hidalgo County woman claims she was assaulted but her attacker hasn’t seen any jail time.
Her family’s snow cone business was supposed to bring them together, but it seems to be bringing danger instead.
She tells us she filed a police report after the incident but he is considered to be mentally ill and was back on the streets before she knew it.
"I do have an order of ‘no trespassing’ on him. He’s violated that order three times," she explains.
KRGV’s John Paul Barajas reached out to a lawyer, as well as Hidalgo police, to learn more about the incident and what can be done.
