South Texas Health Systems is offering discounted mammograms every Monday in October as part of Channel 5 News' Heart of the Valley campaign.
STHS System Director of Marketing and Public Relations Tom Castaneda spoke with Channel 5 News' Dina Herrera Garza about the importance of getting screened.
The campaign is shining a light on breast cancer throughout October. Breast cancer impacts one in eight women in their lifetime.
