Multiple lanes of the Queen Isabella Causeway are closed following a vehicle crash, according to the Texas Department of Transportation.

According to the Port Isabel Police Department, a major crash happened on the westbound lanes of the causeway on Wednesday afternoon.

Eastbound lanes of the causeway are closed, and only one westbound lane is open.
