Cameron County Sheriff's Office arrest man after executing narcotics search warrant
Brownsville, TX (KRGV) — The Cameron County Sheriff's Office Special Investigations Unit arrested a 21-year-old man after executing a narcotics search warrant at a Brownsville home.
Anthony Julian Hernandez was arrested at a residence on the 1100 block of West Fronton St. on Oct. 2.
Investigators searched the home and found multiple vape pens containing THC oil, THC gummies, pre-rolled marijuana cigarettes, a glass jar containing marijuana and a loaded Glock .45-caliber handgun in the bedroom where the suspect was located.
Hernandez was detained after the search. Investigators seized 70.69 grams of THC oil, 2.6 ounces of marijuana, the firearm and other suspected THC products.
Hernandez admitted to selling THC vape pens for about $30 each.
He now faces charges of manufacturing or delivery of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.
