Valley Made, Local Strong: Beary Creative
It was curiosity that got Beary Creative off of 8th street in McAllen started.
"Friends and I got together and we started doing some tumblers at the house and people started seeing them and started placing orders and then it grew because they started asking, ‘Well can you make me t-shirts, can you make me masks,’ Jessica Zarate said. “With the pandemic they wanted all kinds of stuff."
It grew from there into a boutique. They have a specialization in personalized items.
“We do shirts, we do masks, we do tumblers, we do anything you need technically,” Zarate said.
They’re able to customize a lot of things, but the shirts are the item that's ordered the most.
"We do get a lot of t-shirt orders, especially for graduations and birthdays,” Zarate said. “People want the specialized items that say things like that."
With football season right around the corner, Beary Creative is ready for all of your team spirit needs.
They're open Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Saturdays from 10 p.m. to 2 p.m.
