Valley Family Says Car Broke Down 2 Days after Purchase
RAYMONDVILLE – A Rio Grande Valley family says they paid nearly $2,000 for a vehicle that stopped running two days after the purchase.
The vehicle didn’t have a warranty but wasn’t expected to break down so quickly.
The manager at the car lot says they sell cars in good faith. He adds they will repair the car if customers are up-to-date with payments.
The family decided to call 5 On Your Side for answers.
KRGV’s Carolina Cruz found a way for both to compromise in order for this to be resolved.
