Unofficial election results show Refugio “Cuco” Rickford won the runoff race for Santa Rosa Place 4 alderman.

Rickford received 176 votes compared to his challenger, Alex Salinas. Salinas received 129 votes, according to the Cameron County elections website.

All election results are unofficial until certified by the city.
