EDINBURG - A local woman is still waiting to receive the money for a deal advertised by an air condition company.

Adalia Ramirez says she paid more than she bargained for her new AC unit. 

According to Ramirez, the company had an advertisement that promised $1,000 back for a new unit.

However 2 months later, she still has not received any of her promised money.

CHANNEL 5 NEWS spoke with the American AC and Heating’s Office about the issue.

The company explained the deal hadn’t started in September, but is willing to pay Ramirez out-of-pocket anyway.
