LAS MILPAS – Illegal dumping in Las Milpas has been growing and so are the concerns of the residents living there.

It seems on every street corner you can see mounds of trash – large and small.

Right next to empty dumpsters are tires, sofas and broken furniture.

For people who have pride in their property and try to keep it clean, it’s frustrating and worrisome.

The director of development in Pharr says the city is well aware of the issue.
