HOV: How Changes in Diet Could Impact Health
ESCOBARES – Making simple changes in your diet can bring huge health benefits, especially to those who are diabetic.
KRGV’s Yuridia Gonzalez made a visit to a Rio Grande Valley home to learn about some of the cooking habits and the ingredients that go into each homemade meal.
Isidra Cortez spoke about her passion for cooking Mexican food.

Gonzalez says one out of four people will be diagnosed with diabetes so these changes must start early.
