A retired Brownsville teacher with cerebral palsy contacted 5 On Your Side after her USPS door delivery service was cancelled after two decades.

After appearing on Channel 5 News on Wednesday, USPS resumed door delivery service for Penny Metcalfe.
“It's more important than people realize to have that service and have it in your own hand than have to worry about how you're going to get a hold of it,” Metcalfe said.
