A Rio Grande Valley woman is looking for help. She claims damage was done to her irrigation pipe over a decade ago and now she's paying the price.

Oralia Rodriguez believes the problem stems back to 2008 when construction on an industrial park behind her property began.

Rodriguez believes that construction work damaged her irrigation line.

Her irrigation line sits just outside her property line on an easement.

For years, Rodriguez noticed she was getting less and less water.
