The smell of popcorn always fills the air at the Sunrise Mall in Brownsville, thanks to Levi & Kai Popcorn Company. 

The popcorn is made entirely in-house; every kernel becomes part of a delicious popcorn bag. 

You can find classic flavors like butter popcorn and many others like jalapeño, cheddar, and caramel at the shop. 

Joshua Lopez at Levi & Kai’s said their large variety of popcorn flavors range from sweet to spicy. 

They even offer no sugar' and 'no salt-added' options to mix and match between flavors, making it an experience like no other. 

“It’s definitely fun every time you come around,” Lopez said. “We have something different all the time.”
