VIENNA (AP) - OPEC has ended talks without an announcement on possible deep production cuts to support the price of fuel around the world. An expected news conference was cancelled late Thursday, and ministers left the without announcing any deal. OPEC has been expected to prolong output cuts agreed on for the past three years, while Russia’s energy minister said deeper cuts were under discussion. Crude prices have been held down by a resurgence in supplies from non-OPEC nations, particularly the U.S.
