McAllen Man Found Guilty of Murdering Healthcare Provider

EDINBURG - A jury found a Hidalgo County man guilty in the death of a home healthcare provider.

Juan Hernandez is now convicted in the 2017 death of Maria Alisa Garza.

Garza was Hernandez’s mother's home healthcare provider when she was killed.

The sentencing was postponed to Sept. 19 at 8:30 a.m.
