HARLINGEN - Harlingen police are searching for a man who prompted a SWAT situation.

They were called in after police got calls of a man with a gun at an apartment complex.

Investigators say the victim claims a man pointed a gun at him after an argument then ran into an apartment.

SWAT officers searched several empty apartments, but never found the suspect.

Investigators say the guy they're looking for has tattoos on his forehead that look like horns.
