Former Brownsville Fire Chief Found Not Guilty of 6 Counts

BROWNSVILLE – A jury found the former Brownsville fire chief not guilty of breaching security.

Carlos Elizondo’s trial started Tuesday and the jury made their decision Wednesday.

Elizondo was cleared of six counts of breach of computer security.

He’s still facing separate charges.

His attorney tells us they’re awaiting the jury trial dates on that case.
