Border Agents Take 10 into Custody after 2 Separate Valley Stash House Busts
BROWNSVILLE – Border Patrol agents in the Rio Grande Valley apprehended 10 people in the U.S. illegally this week.
On Monday, border agents received information of suspicious activity at a Brownsville residence. Agents found seven people inside the home.
Officials determined them to be from Mexico, Guatemala and Honduras.
The following day in Roma, police reached out to Border Patrol for assistance in a welfare check at a home. When officers and agents entered the house, they found three people inside.
Border Patrol says the people said they were from Honduras, Mexico and Nicaragua.
