WESLACO – Weslaco police need the public’s help in searching for a missing person.

Officials say 54-year-old Erasmo Anciso was last seen Wednesday around 2:30 p.m. leaving his residence on the 3900 block of Borg Drive.

Anciso has a lengthy medical history and is currently recovering from a recent knee operation.

The 54-year-old was last seen wearing an unknown shirt, black shorts and black shoes.

He’s described as being five-foot-tall and about 136 pounds; he has a tattoo of a cross on his left wrist.
